Job summary

Eames Consulting seeks a hands-on engineering leader to own end-to-end development of cutting-edge products across Asia-Pacific. You will set the technical direction and lead a team to deliver high-quality software at speed.

You’ll drive SaaS transformation, enforce DevOps practices, security, observability, and minimal technical debt while collaborating with business, architecture, and delivery teams across APAC to translate strategy into working software.

• Proven leadership of software engineering teams.
• Strong architectural and hands-on coding capabilities.
• Experience implementing Agile delivery and DevOps practices.

We're looking for a hands-on engineering leader to own end-to-end development of cutting-edge products across APAC. You'll set the technical direction and keep a team engineers building high-quality software at speed.

What you’re going to do

• Own the technical design and delivery of cutting-edge products, from architecture through to production
• Lead the SaaS transformation: drive reuse, reduce duplication, optimise multi-country deployments
• Set and enforce engineering standards - DevOps practices, security, observability, and minimal technical debt
• Partner closely with business, architecture, and delivery teams across APAC to translate strategy into working software

The ideal candidate:

• Proven experience leading and growing software engineering teams
• Deep technical fluency. You can review code, challenge designs, and run proof-of-concepts yourself
• Strong stakeholder skills: You will be comfortable influencing senior leaders and cross-functional teams
• Solid background in Agile delivery and modern DevOps practices
