You will set long-term vision, manage P&L, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting; pursue new opportunities, partnerships and market expansion; oversee delivery, engineering, and operations; and nurture a high-performing leadership team with strong board-facing communication.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in renewable energy, utilities, engineering, infrastructure, or EPCC sectors.
• 5-8 years in senior leadership with full P&L accountability.
• Proven track record in business planning, revenue strategy, and commercial management.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and scaling organisations.

The Role

Lead all aspects of the business - from strategy and commercial performance through to operations, people, and stakeholder management. Key responsibilities include:

What We're Looking For

An experienced senior executive with a strong commercial mindset and the leadership presence to take a growing business to the next level. You'll bring:

• 15+ years in renewable energy, utilities, engineering, infrastructure, or EPCC sectors
• 5-8 years in senior leadership (GM, Director, or Country Head level) with full P&L accountability
• A solid track record in business planning, revenue strategy, and commercial management
• Proven capability leading cross-functional teams and scaling organisations for growth
• Strong stakeholder engagement and board-level communication skills
• High integrity and resilience, with the ability to lead effectively in a fast-moving environment
• Degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred
