Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Employee Assistance Manager for the APAC region based in Kuala Lumpur. You will lead regional employee support during incidents, coordinate with Security, HR, Legal, and external providers, and drive program governance across the region.

The role emphasizes crisis management, case coordination, and data-driven reporting to Corporate Security leadership, with a focus on compliant, compassionate employee support across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following: security, incident response, crisis management, or employee support.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation and respond outside normal business hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional employee assistance efforts during security incidents, natural disasters, political unrest, and other disruptive events.
• Coordinate with Corporate Security, Crisis Management, and external providers to support affected employees.
• Build strong partnerships with HR, Legal, Workplace, and other stakeholders to align with policies and regional regulations.
• Oversee complex employee assistance cases from notification to resolution and maintain confidentiality.
• Develop regional employee assistance procedures, playbooks, and metrics for reporting to leadership.
