Job summary

Accenture Malaysia is seeking a Regional Protective Services Manager to lead incident and crisis management, emergency preparedness, physical security, and risk assessment across the APAC region. The role requires strong collaboration with Business, IT, Legal, Travel, HR and with external agencies to protect people, assets and operations.

This position involves on-call duties 24/7, travel about 25% of the time, and working non-standard hours as required to support global operations and incident

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Industry-recognized local and international professional security certifications are a plus.
• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant security experience or equivalent in private, government, or security forces.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience working directly with Corporate Security functions.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Foster security culture and awareness.
• Apply broad security risk management knowledge and enable business operations.
• Contribute/implement security strategy, plans, and controls.
• Identify, anticipate, assess and resolve complex business challenges through collaboration.
• Conduct threat, vulnerability and risk assessments.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders including vendors and law enforcement.
• Establish near term goals and align to longer-term objectives.
• Ensure GP&S guidance aligns with Accenture policies.
• Serve as SME for crisis and emergency management for internal/external stakeholders.
• Manage incident notifications and vendor security assessments.
• Coordinate messaging to leadership and employees.
• Escalate incidents within ASEAN to appropriate teams.
• Support security awareness training and executive protection.
