Job summary

Bain & Company in Kuala Lumpur seeks a senior Contracts & Analysis leader to drive negotiation of client terms, RBC constructs, and governance across multiple programs. You will partner with case teams, Legal, and Finance to ensure compliant, profit-driven terms and timely renewals.

As a subject-matter expert, you will develop repeatable policies, dashboards, and reports to monitor revenue cycle execution and provide strategic insights to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Mathematics, Finance or Economics.
• 10-15 years of progressive work experience in Finance roles.
• Manager level experience at a Big 4 public accounting firm plus commercial terms experience.
• Experience with RBC constructs and APAC markets.
• Strong accounting, controls and financial analysis knowledge for senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of GAAP including revenue recognition.
• Ability to translate complex terms to practical actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiation of commercial contract terms across client agreements with Legal and Finance teams.
• Support Partners through proposal and contracting stages including pricing comments.
• Review contracts to identify issues and ensure timely renewals; coordinate rate cards expiry avoidance.
• Develop and maintain repeatable contracting policies, templates and processes.
• Govern RBC constructs, lead steerco prep, and surface course-correction options early.
• Lead retrospective analyses of programs against business cases and share findings.
