Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in technical support or system administration.
• Experience supporting data networking products is desirable.
• Advanced English skills and knowledge of additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via phone, chat, and web.
• Troubleshoot Fortinet’s Secure Access Service Edge product.
• Manage customer communications and expectations.
