Job summary

Coty is seeking a Customer Service Officer for Travel Retail Asia Pacific. You will handle end-to-end order management in SAP for sub-regions, collaborating with logistics, DCs and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time fulfilment of Prestige and Consumer Beauty products.

You will engage with customers and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced multinational environment, maintain data accuracy, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across APAC markets.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and strong communication skills.
• 3–5 years of customer service experience, ideally in a multinational setting.
• Knowledge of SAP for order processing and query management.
• Proficient MS Office skills, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order management and fulfilment in Travel Retail APAC.
• Coordinate with logistics, DCs and markets to ensure on-time delivery.
• Resolve customer inquiries and maintain accurate order records.
• Generate SAP/BW reports and support KPI analysis.
