Air Liquide (ALBS) Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Cluster Road Safety Manager to steer the Road Safety program across the APAC cluster. You will provide strategic oversight to affiliates, align with the Group Road Safety program, and drive continuous improvement in safety performance and compliance.

The role emphasizes building international site experience, leveraging analytics, and leading safety initiatives across multi-national communities to deliver sustainable safety outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of industry experience, preferably in road safety management.
• Analytical capability to lead root cause analysis and technical investigations.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to communicate effectively through reports and tools.

Responsabilités

• Define and implement the Cluster Road Safety yearly roadmap with initiatives like BSIS rollout.
• Operationalize the Cluster COP, issue monthly reports on trends, monitor road safety performance and driver events.
• Ensure Road Safety Events are reported and RCA reviews completed for Serious RSEs; oversee the Road Safety Control Tower.
• Drive improvements in safety indicators, reduce fatalities/injuries, and ensure timely road safety audits and coaching.
• Grow expertise with predictive analytics to forecast safety events and enable AI-assisted proactive management.
• Develop international site experience via site visits and align strategies with Group SIS Road Safety Director.
