Job summary

Chubb Business Services Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Data Analyst to support the APAC Claims Operations team across 11 markets. You will monitor performance, identify trends and deliver actionable insights from multi-system data environments, working with senior leadership.

Responsibilities include building automated reporting pipelines, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses while collaborating with IT and regional teams to ensure data accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data-related field.
• Postgraduate qualification is a plus.
• Professional certification in data or analytics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produce, maintain and automate BAU reports across APAC markets.
• Manage data from multiple source systems ensuring accuracy.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies with local market teams.
