Job summary

Chubb Life Fund is seeking a Data Analyst to support the APAC Claims Operations across 11 markets. You will monitor performance, identify trends and deliver actionable insights from multi-system data environments, partnering with senior leadership.

You will design end-to-end automated reporting, build dashboards, and drive AI-assisted analytics while collaborating across time zones and geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or related discipline.
• Postgraduate qualification preferred.
• Professional data/analytics certification advantageous.
• Experience with AI/ML coursework or certifications.

Responsibilities

• BAU reporting and data management across APAC markets.
• Build, maintain and automate reporting pipelines and dashboards.
• Identify, investigate and resolve data discrepancies with IT teams.
• Automate repetitive reporting tasks using Python/SQL.
• Respond to ad hoc data requests from senior leaders with deep dives.
