Job summary

Dexcom is seeking a Benefits Analyst to join our Total Rewards team in Malaysia. You will oversee Workday benefits, time off, and leaves for the region, and collaborate with HR Business Partners and external vendors to ensure competitive, compliant benefits offerings.

You will manage plan documents, communications, and regulatory reports while driving cost-effective, data-informed improvements in benefits programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of Malaysia statutory and non-statutory benefits essential.
• Experience in benefits administration and vendor coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Workday benefits, time off and leaves for the region; configure testing and knowledge bases.
• Develop and maintain benefits, time off and leaves plans to meet business needs.
• Support annual benefits reviews and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain all plan documents, communications, intranet content and regulatory reports.
