Job summary

Dexcom Inc. is seeking a Benefits Analyst to join the Total Rewards team in Malaysia. You will design, implement, and manage comprehensive benefits programs, ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with the company’s wellbeing goals.

You will handle daily benefits administration, partner with HR and external vendors, and stay current on benefit trends to drive data-informed decisions. Strong knowledge of Malaysian regulations and MS Office tools is required.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of Malaysia statutory and non-statutory benefits is essential.
• Experience with Workday benefits and benefits administration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Workday benefits, time off and leaves for the region, including configuration testing and self-service tools.
• Develop and maintain the benefits, time off and leaves plan to meet business objectives.
• Support annual benefits review for market competitiveness and alignment with policy.
