Lam Research is seeking a qualified candidate for a full-time role in Total Rewards, focusing on benefit programs for Singapore and potential support for Malaysia. This position involves program design, analysis, vendor management, and employee communications, requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Business or Human Resources and possess strong skills in employee benefits design and compliance. Exceptional communication skills in English and proficiency with Microsoft Office are also essential.
This role primarily supports Total Rewards benefit programs in Singapore (LRSEA) and may also support Malaysia benefits programs as needed. It focuses on program design, policy, governance, analysis, vendor management, and employee communications. The role partners closely with HR Shared Services, which manages day‑to‑day administration, and may also participate in broader Total Rewards projects and compensation‑related work. This is a full‑time position based in Malaysia reporting directly to the Total Rewards Manager.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on‑site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely. Roles fall into two categories – On‑site Flex and Virtual Flex. On‑site Flex: work 3+ days per week on‑site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. Virtual Flex: work 1‑2 days per week on‑site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
