Job summary

Computacenter Services (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Logistics & Trade Operations Lead to drive end-to-end import/export across APAC markets from Puchong. You will shape regional processes, ensure compliance, and lead a team to optimize systems and vendor partnerships.

The role requires hands-on leadership, a focus on automation, and the ability to influence stakeholders across commercial, operations and finance while aligning with global trade standards.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in end-to-end import/export and trade compliance.
• Background in IT distribution or tech sourcing with APAC exposure.
• Proven ability to implement SOPs, governance and documentation controls.
• Experience with ERP/logistics systems and system integrations.
• Strong 3PL/vendor management and performance accountability.
• Hands-on leader capable of operating strategically and tactically.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end import & export logistics operations across regional markets.
• Provide internal consultancy on cross-border logistics and sourcing flows.
• Establish and enforce SOPs, policies and governance across logistics.
• Translate trade compliance standards into local processes.
• Collaborate with ERP and logistics systems; align with 3PL on integration and data flows.
• Manage logistics vendors against SLAs and cost expectations.
• Drive process standardization, reporting, controls and continuous improvement.
• Lead process optimization and automation initiatives.
• Interface across commercial, operations and finance teams for alignment.
• Ensure regional audit, risk monitoring and compliance oversight.
• Regional travel may be required.
