Ambition in Balakong, Selangor, is seeking an Accounts Payable Executive for a 6-month contract. The role covers AP operations, reconciliation, treasury support, and compliance within a structured finance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Solid knowledge of accounts payable processes and procedures.
• An audit background is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills, with a willingness to work extended hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify vendor invoices and payments on time.
• Maintain supplier master data and reconcile vendor/bank statements.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and support treasury activities.
• Assist month-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare audit schedules and ensure tax compliance.
• Handle e-invoicing and self-billing in line with anti-bribery and anti-corruption requirements.
