Job summary

Calfus Inc. in Penang, Malaysia seeks a Senior AP Deployment Specialist to lead the Accounts Payable deployment across countries, aligning future-state processes with AP operations, controls, and readiness activities.

You will partner with country AP teams, process transformation leads, and IT partners to validate requirements, run UAT, support go-live, and drive continuous improvement in intelligent automation and ERP deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in Accounts Payable or related finance operations.
• Experience participating in UAT, deployment, go-live, hyper-care, or operational improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead AP deployment activities across discovery, validation, testing, and stabilization.
• Coordinate with country AP teams to reflect local requirements and controls.
• Develop end-to-end UAT scenarios and required data.
• Support deployment readiness, go-live, and hyper-care phases.
• Identify risks and promote continuous improvement of AP processes.
