Job summary

Zentact Systems Malaysia is seeking an experienced Senior SAP FICO AP Deployment & Transformation Specialist to drive a global AP transformation program, representing AP Operations across the deployment lifecycle.

You will support country discovery, requirements, UAT, deployment readiness, go-live, hypercare and stabilization while collaborating with AP teams, transformation leads, project teams and technology partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, P2P, Shared Services, Finance Operations or AP Transformation.
• Strong knowledge of invoice processing, approvals, exception management and AP controls.
• Hands-on experience in UAT, deployment, go-live, hypercare or process improvement.
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with global / multi-country teams preferred.
• SAP ECC / SAP S/4HANA ERP, invoice processing, workflow or automation implementations.
• IDP, RPA or AI-enabled finance solutions.
• Global Finance Transformation / Shared Services / GBS experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent AP Operations throughout deployment lifecycle and validate business requirements.
• Participate in country discovery, process walkthroughs and future-state design validation.
• Identify country-specific AP, tax, regulatory, compliance and operational requirements.
• Review PDDs, process flows, controls, exception scenarios and operating procedures.
• Develop and execute UAT scenarios, test scripts and business test data.
• Identify defects, process gaps and operational risks; support retesting and business sign-off.
• Ensure future-state AP processes are practical, scalable, compliant and sustainable.
• Support continuous improvement, automation, RPA, IDP and AI-enabled finance initiatives.
