Job summary

UST Global (M) Sdn Bhd in Penang is seeking an AOI Inspector to operate and monitor AOI equipment for defects on semiconductor packages and PCB assemblies. You will review defect logs, classify defects, and troubleshoot vision errors, while performing routine calibration and optical verification checks.

Assist engineers in setting up inspection recipes and optimizing detection parameters, and maintain logs of downtime, yield rates, and daily output.

Qualifications

• Must hold SKM Level 2/3 or Diploma in Engineering.
• Willing to work shift and on public holidays.
