Job summary

PPG in Malaysia, based in Shah Alam, is seeking an AR/Credit Control professional to manage collections for Australia and New Zealand. The role focuses on reducing overdue balances, reconciling accounts, and monitoring credit risk within a hybrid shared service environment.

You will work with Sales, Customer Service, and Billing teams, ensuring compliance with credit policies and driving process improvements using Excel, Power BI, and SAP.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or Collections.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts across Australia and New Zealand.
• Implement collection strategies to reduce overdue balances and improve cash flow.
• Conduct regular follow-ups by phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Investigate and resolve customer queries, disputes, and deductions promptly.
• Monitor credit limits, aging reports, and payment trends.
• Escalate high-risk accounts and recommend appropriate actions.
