Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) for business solutions.
• Experience with Power Automate cloud flows and desktop flows.
• Familiarity with Dataverse data model, forms, and views.
• Strong skills in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for custom work.
• Knowledge of Dataflows and Web Resources.
• Understanding of development standards, governance, and best practices.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and document findings.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge bases.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power Apps to meet business requirements.
• Build and enhance Power Automate flows and automation solutions.
• Configure and maintain Dataverse tables, relationships, forms and views.
• Support development activities with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related tools.
• Follow governance and coding standards; participate in code reviews.

About the Role

Responsible for providing application development and support services to meet AIA's business needs Development and Support

• Develop and maintain Power Apps (Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps) for simple to moderate business requirements.
• Develop, enhance, and support Power Automate cloud flows, desktop flows, and workflow solutions.
• Assist in configuring and maintaining Dataverse tables, relationships, forms, and views.
• Support development activities using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Dataflows, and Web Resources where required.
• Follow established development standards, governance, and best practices.
• Investigate and troubleshoot application issues with guidance when required
• Assist in performing root cause analysis and documenting findings for recurring issues.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, support guides, an knowledge base articles.
