Acts as a Power Platform CoE contributor by partnering with business and IT teams, applying AI‐enabled tools to improve platform reliability, and driving standards, best practices, and capability uplift across teams.* Analyse business and technical requirements to design, develop, and enhance Power Platform and Copilot Studio solutions.* Develop, configure, test, debug, document, and deploy applications using **Power Apps (Canvas & Model‐Driven Apps), Power Automate, Dataverse, Dataflows**, and **Copilot Studio**.* Build and extend solutions using **JavaScript, HTML, CSS, web resources**, and Power BI to improve functionality and user experience.* Design, configure, and support **Copilot Studio bots**, including conversation flows, Generative AI capabilities, topic management, and secure integrations with enterprise systems.* Apply **Azure fundamentals** to support Power Platform solutions, including Azure AD, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Application Insights, and API integrations.* Perform end‐to‐end testing and integration of application components, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.* Investigate, diagnose, and resolve production incidents and technical issues through structured root cause analysis.* Ensure system enhancements, AI features, and fixes are successfully implemented without regression or functional impact.* Provide technical support and guidance to end users and BAU support teams.* Act as a technical SME by guiding and supporting Senior and Junior Analysts in resolving complex Power Platform solution.* Contribute to **Power Platform CoE standards**, best practices, governance, security, and continuous improvement initiatives.*Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live healthier, longer, better lives.**You must provide all requested information, including Personal Data, to be considered for this career opportunity.
