Infineon Technologies AG in Penang, Malaysia is seeking an inbound logistics specialist to ensure smooth operations across permits, customs checks, EXcel-based reporting, and document control. You will validate permits, manage freight invoices, and support MES audits.

The role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration with suppliers, and hands-on document management with archiving and destruction activities, while maintaining compliance and timely processing of invoices and reports.

Qualifications

• Degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or similar field.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Intermediate knowledge in Python or Tableau software will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and good interpersonal skill.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively.
• High integrity, pleasant personality with a positive attitude, enthusiasm and willingness to learn.

Responsabilités

• Validate inbound permits against shipping invoices to ensure accuracy and verify suppliers' invoices against permit listings, liaising with suppliers to resolve any discrepancies.
• Generate reports and submit to Finance within timeline. Support inbound/outbound documents for MES audits to ensure compliance.
• Perform tasks related to document management, including yearly document destruction with Iron Mountain, and e-archiving of shipping documents and permits to Saperion.
• Prepare, verify, and classify freight invoices (including financial coding) to ensure accuracy and completeness of freight billing information.
• Handle freight invoice approval and submission, ensuring that all invoices are properly reviewed and processed in a timely manner.
• Prepare freight invoice report and perform monthly freight accrual activities to ensure accurate financial accounting and reporting.

Key responsibilities in your new role Inbound

• Permit Validation: Validate inbound permits against shipping invoices to ensure accuracy and verify suppliers' invoices against permit listings, liaising with suppliers to resolve any discrepancies.
