Infineon Technologies AG in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Analyst, Facility Management Digital Transformation, to drive data-driven decisions in a high-tech manufacturing environment.

The role focuses on analytics, reporting, and predictive insights to optimize facility operations. You will collaborate with cross-site teams, implement new monitoring methods, and translate data into real-world efficiency gains, while promoting digitalization and data management best practices.

Formación

• Degree in data science, IT, engineering, or a comparable field.
• Strong data analytics, reporting and visualization capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Introduce new analysis methods and monitoring systems.
• Discuss infrastructure improvements with system owners and FSE.
• Develop reporting of operating values (e.g., pressure readings).
• Analyze failures and KPIs across departments, esp. SO/ infrastructure.
• Contribute to cross-site digitalization and data management projects.

Your role Key responsibilities in your new role

• Active participation in the introduction of new analysis methods or new monitoring systems
• Discuss necessary improvements within the infrastructure system landscape with the responsible system owners, FSE, as well as showing efficiency potentials (consulting)
• Development of reporting of operating values (e.g. pressure values, values from measuring devices, etc.)
• Analyzing main points of failures & KPI's
• Analysis of data and business processes in various departments, mainly in SO/ infrastructure (FM)
• Contribute within cross site projects (e.g. in the area of digitalization, Data Management)
• Plan and carry out user training for developed products
• Analysis, prototyping and introduction of new technologies, attending relevant seminars and conferences
• The area of responsibility includes the creation of advanced /predictive analytics solutions
• Cooperation with senior specialists from various departments and central departments such as FE FM and Manufacturing Excellence
• Communication and presentation of the methodologies and results in various committees
• Participation in conferences for specialists and congresses as well as cooperation with research facilities and external institutes and the IFX internal facility data management team
• Follow policies, procedures and standards (e.g. 5s standards) to maximize the performance and quality of allocated tools
