Job summary

bolttech, a fast-growing global insurtech, invites graduates to join its People Solutions Graduate Program in Malaysia. You will gain on-the-job exposure and rotate across teams, supported by a structured learning experience to codesign smarter ways of working.

You'll work with experts to improve data quality, drive digital transformation across the employee lifecycle, and tackle real business challenges using automation, AI, and data insights.

Qualifications

• A recent graduate or early-career professional with a strong academic background.
• Naturally curious and eager to understand how businesses, processes, and technology work together.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think beyond the obvious solution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfortable working with data and using insights to tell a story or support recommendations.
• Strong attention to detail combined with the ability to see the bigger picture.
• An interest in People technology, automation, AI, process improvement, or digital transformation.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues across different locations and functions.
• A proactive mindset with a willingness to challenge existing ways of working and suggest improvements.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of global People Operations processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Analyse existing processes and identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve them.
• Help maintain high standards of people data quality and integrity across our People systems.
• Contribute to People technology initiatives, system enhancements, testing, and process implementation projects.
• Partner with stakeholders across People, Finance, Technology, and the wider business to understand challenges and develop solutions.
• Contribute to projects involving automation, AI, digital tools, employee experience, and process optimisation.
• Support the rollout of new initiatives and help drive the adoption of improved ways of working.
