Hexamatics Servvcom Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a junior analyst to support the Authorisation team in evaluating applications from regulated entities using an AI-enabled assessment tool.

You will review documents for completeness, flag issues, organize data in the assessment system, generate papers and recommendations, and escalate where regulatory judgement is required. Fresh graduates welcome.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Fresh graduates or 0–2 years' experience may be considered.
• Detail oriented; able to evaluate and validate system-generated content.
• Comfortable using generative AI tools and prompt engineering techniques.

Responsabilidades

• Review expression of interest requests and application forms with supporting documents for completeness, discrepancies, inconsistencies and errors
• Identify and flag missing or unclear information requiring further review
• Organise and transfer application information and supporting documents into the system-enabled assessment tool, ensuring accuracy and traceability
• Use the tool to generate detailed assessment papers and proposed recommendations
• Apply critical judgement when reviewing system generated analysis
• Refine the assessment where outputs are incomplete, inconsistent or insufficiently supported by submitted information
• Validate system generated assessment papers against the original application and supporting documents
• Identify inaccuracies, unsupported assumptions, omissions or inconsistencies and make necessary refinements
• Escalate matters requiring regulatory judgement or further clarification to the relevant officer
• Ensure assessment documentation is complete and ready for review

Provide support to the Authorisation team in assessing applications from regulated entities, leveraging an AI-enabled assessment tool to support assessment preparation and validation.

Key responsibilities

Review expression of interest requests and application forms with supporting documents for completeness, discrepancies, inconsistencies and errors

About you
