Job summary

AIA Shared Services Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a diligent compliance professional to manage outsourced screening and AML controls. You will implement an effective AML framework, perform regulatory screening, and support the HK region with timely responses.

The role requires a degree in insurance/finance or related fields, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams. Based in Putrajaya with potential overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Postgraduate or professional qualification preferred.
• Experience in group life insurance or financial services is an advantage.
• Detail oriented with good time management and organization.

Responsibilities

• Process and screen compliance activities per SOPs and guidelines.
• Assist AML framework implementation to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Perform screening/review to meet HK/AIA regulatory requirements and reduce risk.
• Liaise with HK team and respond to requests promptly.
• Oversee OSS office operations and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Ensure tasks are processed within SLA/TAT with prudent risk assessment.
