Job summary

HOPE AMBULANCE in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a frontline EMS professional to deliver emergency medical care and safe patient transport to hospitals.

You will assess patients' conditions, operate EMS equipment, perform CPR and basic airway management, stabilize patients during transit, document care activities, and ensure ambulance and equipment are stocked and ready for use.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Nursing or Medical Assistant required.
• PHC Level 1/2 certification advantageous.
• Ability to provide emergency medical care and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' conditions and provide appropriate emergency treatment.
• Operate emergency medical equipment (e.g., AED, patient monitor).
• Perform life-saving procedures (e.g., CPR, basic airway management).
• Stabilize patients before and during transport to medical facilities.
• Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records.
• Ensure the ambulance and medical equipment are properly stocked and maintained.
• Operate Emergency Vehicle in proper manner.

Primary Role: Provide emergency medical care and transportation for individuals experiencing medical emergencies in the AMBULANCE.

• Assess patients' conditions and provide appropriate emergency treatment.
• Operate emergency medical equipment (e.g., AED , Patient Monitor ).
• Perform life-saving procedures (e.g., CPR, Basic Airway Management).
• Stabilize patients before and during transport to medical facilities.
• Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records.
• Ensure the ambulance and medical equipment are properly stocked and maintained.
• Operate Emergency Vehicle in proper manner.

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Nursing/ Medical Assistant.

Certification of PHC Level 1, Level 2 is an additional advantage.
