Consfield CF Holdings Sdn Bhd – Johor Bahru, Johor is seeking a results-driven sales specialist to manage high-volume outbound calls and lead qualification. The role focuses on fast-paced conversations, precise communication, and a strong willingness to pursue leads through WhatsApp and CRM updates.

You will collaborate with loan consultants, maintain data accuracy, and drive appointments and pipeline activity to meet daily and monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Outbound calling experience to manage high-volume lead flow.
• Ability to convert conversations into qualified appointments.
• Clear articulation and concise communication during calls.
• Skilled in handling objections to maintain momentum.
• Maintain CRM records with accurate, timely updates.
• Remain resilient under pressure and meet KPIs.
• Familiarity with dialers, WhatsApp, and CRM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead qualification: call inbound/outbound leads and identify urgency, income band, and loan feasibility.
• Appointment setting: secure WhatsApp follow-ups or consultant handovers.
• CRM accuracy: update call notes, lead status, and next actions promptly.
• Pipeline management: maintain daily call volume and follow-up rhythm.
• Document follow-up: chase payslips, bank statements, EPF, CCRIS/CTOS, tenancy, S&P, or valuation details.
• KPI execution: hit daily calls, weekly appointments, and monthly submission targets.
• Team coordination: work with loan consultants to pass qualified leads and ensure smooth handover.
