Job summary

AirAsia Berhad is seeking a project management professional to lead aircraft delivery, redelivery, and transition projects in collaboration with lessors and internal teams. The role focuses on meeting timelines, coordinating lease deliverables, and guiding stakeholders through complex requirements.

The incumbent will liaise with airline and lessor representatives, ensuring maintenance and operation lease obligations are met, and provide proactive solutions to challenges during the project

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating with airline and lessor on lease agreements and maintenance planning.
• Strong ability to manage timelines and deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills in complex aviation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead aircraft delivery, redelivery, and transition projects.
• Ensure the project is delivered on the planned timeline.
• Ensure all lease agreement deliverables are met.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on project requirements and timelines.
• Engage in communication with lessor and lessor consultants throughout the project.
• Provide solutions for issues arising during the project.
• Engage and coordinate with airline and lessor to ensure required lease docs are provided for maintenance reserve claims.
• Advise airline on lease requirements as they pertain to maintenance and operations.

1) Project Management : Aircraft (Transition /Delivery / Redelivery)

• Lead a Project for Aircraft Delivery,Redelivery, and Transition
• Ensuring the Project is delivered as per the planned Timeline
• Ensuring all the Lease agreement required deliverables are met
• Managing and planning with stakeholders on the requirements of the Project and Timeline
• Manage, communication with ie Lessor, Lessor consultant throughout the Project
• Communicating with stakeholders and providing solution for issues arise during the Project

2) Lessor Management

• Engaging and provide feedback on Lease agreement related queries to Lessor
• Providing Aircraft status, maintenance data , plan for upcoming maintenance etc to Lessor

3) Other Requirements

• Engaging and coordinating with the required stakeholders Airline and Lessor to ensure all required docs by the Lease agreement is provided for Maintenance Reserve claim process

4) Advising Airline on the Lease agreement requirement are met in terms of maintenance and operation
