Job summary

AirAsia Berhad in Kuala Lumpur seeks an Assistance Manager in Group Aircraft & Corporate Finance to lead funding initiatives, including aircraft financing and debt instruments. You will prepare reports for senior management and coordinate with legal and tax teams to ensure compliant financing transactions.

You will analyze proposals, liaise with advisers, and contribute to budgeting, fleet planning and performance disclosures for board reporting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Banking preferred.
• At least 4 years of professional experience in Finance within a large corporation or financial institution.
• Experience in corporate finance, credit risk or treasury.

Responsibilities

• Lead long-term funding programme including project and aircraft financing.
• Prepare RFPs and review letters of intent with legal coordination.
• Ensure debt servicing and covenants compliance across financing agreements.
• Support budgeting, cash flow projections and group strategy reporting.
