Job summary

Berjaya Corporation Berhad is seeking an Assistant Manager - Corporate Finance (Group Investment) to assess financial and qualitative aspects of investment proposals and corporate exercises. You will conduct feasibility research, prepare presentations and assist in regulatory compliance, with review of regulatory documents.

The role requires a degree in accounting/finance/economics or ACCA/MICPA/CPA, and at least 3 years in corporate finance or audit.

Qualifications

Degree or professional qualification as stated (ACCA/MICPA/CPA)
At least 3 years of relevant corporate finance or audit experience
Strong writing and research capabilities
Good interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

Evaluate financial, qualitative and quantitative aspects of investment proposals and corporate exercises.
Conduct research and feasibility studies on proposed transactions.
Prepare schemes, presentation papers and announcements relating to transactions.
Assist in ensuring compliance with laws, regulations and disclosure requirements.
Review presentation materials, legal documents, reports and regulatory submissions.
Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
