PEACE AIR CONDITIONING SALES & SERVICE is seeking experienced air conditioning technicians in Kuching, Malaysia. You will perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting on major brands and work with interns to complete daily job orders.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of hands-on AC experience, a valid driving licence, and the ability to communicate in Chinese, English, or Malay. Overtime readiness and reliability are valued in this on-site role.

Qualifications

1–2 years hands-on experience in the air conditioning industry.
Familiar with wiring, piping, and troubleshooting various AC brands.
Able to communicate in basic Chinese, English, or Malay.
Punctual, honest, and willing to work overtime when necessary.

Responsibilities

Installation of wall-mounted and cassette AC units (split & multi-split systems).
Maintenance including chemical washing, overhauls, gas top-ups (R32, R410A), and servicing.
Troubleshooting of issues (PCB, compressor, leaks, etc.).
Lead or assist interns/technicians to complete daily job orders.
Update job status and submit photos/reports to admin upon completion.

About Us

We are a growing air conditioning service provider specializing in the installation, servicing, and repair of major brands including LG, Midea, Acson, Hisense, and Panasonic. We are looking for experienced and responsible technicians to join our field team.

Job Scope & Responsibilities

Installation: Perform installation of wall-mounted and cassette air conditioning units (split & multi-split systems).
Maintenance: Conduct chemical washing, overhauls, gas top-ups (R32, R410A), and general servicing.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair technical issues (PCB board, compressor, leakage, etc.).
Teamwork: Lead or work alongside interns/assistants to complete daily job orders efficiently.
Reporting: Update job status and submit photos/reports to the admin team upon completion.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in the air conditioning industry.
License: Must possess a valid GDL or D driving license (GDL is an added advantage).
Technical Skills: Familiar with wiring, piping, and troubleshooting various AC brands.
Language: Able to communicate in basic Chinese, English, or Malay.
Attitude: Punctual, honest, and willing to work overtime when necessary.
