Job summary

Berjaya Penang Hotel is seeking an Air-Conditioning Technician to inspect, maintain and repair air-conditioning and ventilation systems across the property. You will ensure HVAC equipment operates efficiently to provide comfort and safety for guests and staff.

• Monitor the performance and condition of HVAC equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify potential faults and maintenance requirements.
• Ensure proper temperature and air quality in guest rooms and public areas.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work carried out.
• Coordinate with external contractors for major repairs and servicing when required.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with safety procedures and hotel standards.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests and equipment breakdowns.

Job description
