Job summary

KAILI AIRCON TRADING SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced HVAC technician to service, repair, install and troubleshoot air-conditioning systems. The role requires hands‑on expertise, safety awareness, and the ability to work independently or within a team to deliver reliable solutions.

Responsibilities include servicing and gas top-ups, fault diagnosis, repairs, and customer guidance, with emphasis on safety and adherence to SOPs. GDL licence and VRV system experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in HVAC servicing, repair, installation and troubleshooting.
• Strong technical and diagnostic abilities with troubleshooting focus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, hardworking and able to work under pressure.
• Able to guide and lead new technicians.
• GDL licence and VRV systems experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, maintain, repair and replace various HVAC systems and brands.
• Perform general air-conditioning servicing and gas top-ups.
• Test and diagnose defects or malfunctions.
• Carry out repair and replacement works as needed.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Ensure all work complies with safety and SOP guidelines.
• Maintain company tools and equipment in good condition.
• Work independently while maintaining teamwork.
• Perform any ad hoc duties assigned by the Supervisor.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all work is completed safely and according to Company SOP
• Maintain and take care of Company tools and equipment
• Work independently while maintaining good teamwork
• Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by the Supervisor
