Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a field service engineer to install, inspect, diagnose, maintain and rectify compressed air systems at commercial and industrial sites in Malaysia. You will deliver hands-on service and training to customers, ensuring reliability and efficiency.

The role requires a Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, 3+ years in service or site commissioning, and experience with compressors, pumps, HVAC or similar electromechanical equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in service, installation, site commissioning.
• Experience in industrial equipment, compressors, rotating equipment, pumps, blowers, generators, HVAC, or other electromechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, inspection, diagnose, maintenance and rectification on compressed air systems.
• Conduct site and classroom training to customers on compressed air systems.
• Recommend necessary actions to improve the efficiency and reliability of customer's compressed air system.
• General service report writing for internal and external customers.
• Document and prepare field service quality reports.
• Feedback specific product defects to the production department and assist customers to take corrective measures.
• Ensure all service activities are performed in compliance with company HSE policies, customer safety requirements, and local regulations.
• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through professional service delivery and proactive technical recommendations.

About you
