Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Aviation Management, Business or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in air cargo planning, load optimization, or logistics operations.
• Basic understanding of air cargo capacity, space allocation, and flight load planning.
• Experience handling operational disruptions, cargo offloads, and quick recovery planning.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and basic familiarity with air cargo management tools.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate between Ground Operations and Commercial teams.
• Good problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead Cargo Load Optimization: manage distribution of cargo bookings across the network to maximize capacity and minimize wasted space.
• Resolve Operational Disruptions: identify root causes of delays and develop practical recovery solutions.
• Manage Stakeholder Coordination: align with Ground Operations and Commercial teams for planning accuracy.
• Spearhead Process Assignments: own planning projects or workflows with minimal supervision and high attention to detail.
• Propose Workflow Enhancements: analyze routine issues and propose improvements to planning tools or procedures.
