Job summary

Avanade Malaysia seeks a Value Architect to shape and realise value from AI transformations. You will work with client executives, Industry Reinvention Leads, Domain Architects and delivery teams to build credible value cases and ROI benchmarks.

The role combines strategic thinking, commercial acumen and benefits realisation expertise to ensure every transformation is grounded in measurable business outcomes and aligned to Avanade Next’s outcome-based model. Regional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategy consulting or similar roles
• Strong finance background with experience in modelling
• Understanding AI value drivers and business case returns
• Ability to challenge engineering estimates with technical fluency
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive outcomes

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities, quantify value potential and prioritise initiatives.
• Build value hypothesis and business case during shaping and baseline outcomes.
• Analyse value pools, priorities and feasibility to determine impact.
• Support executive decision-making with structured analysis of investment, risk and return.
• Provide objective challenge and contribute to verified outcomes and benchmarks.
