Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities, quantify value potential and prioritise initiatives with clients and architects.
• Build the value hypothesis and baseline during shaping and set measurement baselines.
• Analyze value pools, priorities, constraints and feasibility to maximize AI impact.
• Sequence initiatives by value and feasibility and justify prioritisation to the client.
• Track realised benefits through delivery and report at every gate.
• Support commercial models with defensible numbers and ROI considerations.
