Qualifications

• 5+ years across AI governance, model risk, security, responsible AI, or large-scale tech adoption.
• Hands-on evaluation experience with generative or agentic systems preferred.
• Working knowledge of APAC regulatory environment relevant to their market.
• Able to build trust with sceptical stakeholders and to say no with evidence.

Responsibilities

• Define accuracy targets and build the evaluation harness.
• Set governance, risk and security guardrails before build.
• Ensure trust and adoption through design and enablement.
• Collaborate with FDEs to embed safety in from the outset.
