We are currently looking for Associate AI Trainers to collaborate with us in delivering impactful, practical, and engaging AI‑related training programmes for professionals. This role is ideal for practitioners who are passionate about AI, continuous learning, and knowledge‑sharing, and who enjoy translating complex concepts into practical workplace applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver AI‑related training programmes (workshops, seminars, bootcamps, or corporate training sessions)
• Facilitate interactive and engaging learning experiences for adult learners
• Customise training content to suit different industries, participant profiles, and learning objectives
• Stay updated with the latest AI trends, tools, and best practices
• Support training design, case studies, and hands‑on exercises when required
• Maintain professional training standards and represent the organisation positively

Trainer Criteria

• Strong interest and practical exposure in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, or AI‑powered tools
• Comfortable facilitating sessions for professionals, executives, and corporate teams
• Confident communicator with good presentation and facilitation skills
• Able to explain AI concepts in a simple, practical, and non‑technical manner (when required)
• Passionate about learning, experimentation, and continuous improvement

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in AI‑related roles, digital transformation, data, automation, or tech‑enabled functions.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in training, facilitation, consulting, or learning & development involving AI or digital tools.
• Prior experience conducting training, workshops, or knowledge‑sharing sessions is highly preferred.
• Relevant certifications in AI, data, digital transformation, or training/facilitation will be an added advantage.
