Job summary

AutoCount, a dynamic software company in Port Klang, seeks an experienced AI Solutions Architect to lead AI strategy, architecture, and delivery across our accounting, payroll, POS, and related enterprise products. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with mentoring, guiding teams to deliver secure, scalable AI-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/SE/AI or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional software development.
• At least 3 years designing and building AI or LLM-powered apps.
• Experience deploying AI applications to production environments.
• Strong software architecture and system design experience.
• Experience leading technical projects and mentoring development teams.
• Strong programming skills in C#/.NET or similar enterprise platforms.
• Experience designing scalable backend systems and RESTful APIs.
• Experience working with cloud infrastructure and containerized applications.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the company’s AI technology roadmap.
• Design the overall AI architecture across multiple software products.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend practical adoption strategies.
• Define AI development standards, architecture guidelines, and engineering best practices.
• Lead the technical implementation of AI initiatives from concept through production.
• Mentor and coach engineers on AI technologies, architecture, and implementation best practices.
• Design and implement intelligent AI agents capable of automating business processes.
• Design scalable retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures and pipelines.
