Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 10+ years of enterprise application development using modern full-stack and cloud technologies.
• 3 years as a tech lead preferred.
• Experience with AI-first engineering practices and AI-assisted software delivery.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures and secure design.

Responsibilities

• Apply AI-first engineering practices across full lifecycle.
• Create clear specifications, architecture decisions, and acceptance criteria.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain cloud-native full-stack apps.
• Ensure code quality, security, and production readiness.
• Provide day-to-day technical leadership and mentorship.
• Review designs, code, tests, and release readiness.
• Resolve technical impediments and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with product owners, security, and operations.
• Investigate production incidents and performance issues.
