Job summary

Celestica in Penang is seeking a Senior Test Manager to lead validation for next-generation AI servers and networking products at our Penang HPS facility. You will direct the strategy and oversee multiple test domains including signal integrity and system integration testing.

The role demands 15+ years of experience, proven leadership of large teams, and deep expertise in high-speed testing and reliability.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical/Computer Engineering.
15+ years in server or networking product design/validation with AI/HPC exposure.
Proven record leading large teams (30+ engineers) and on-time delivery.
Hands-on experience with high-speed signal integrity tools, protocol analyzers, and reliability testing standards.
Excellent English with strong executive presence and cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

Direct end-to-end validation strategy for AI server platforms and networking hardware.
Provide technical and managerial oversight across test domains: SI, SIT, and reliability.
Lead and scale a multi-disciplinary validation team; foster excellence and accountability.
Drive automation, telemetry, and lean methods to improve test coverage and time-to-market.
Act as escalation point for complex blockers; perform root cause analysis with Design/BIOS teams.
Coordinate with Product Design, Supply Chain, and Global Quality for NPI to volume handoff.
Manage risk, schedules, and stakeholder expectations across global product milestones.
