Maxis in Kuala Lumpur is offering a Digital Platform Intern – AI, Omnichannel Products role. You will support product development initiatives, explore AI-powered solutions, and help drive omnichannel customer engagement with cross‑functional teams.

The internship targets students or recent graduates in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Interest or exposure to product development methodologies, product lifecycle management, and digital platform ecosystems.
• Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI), automation, conversational AI, and digital customer engagement solutions.
• Understanding of digital channels, customer journey management, and platforms such as WhatsApp for Business or other customer communication solutions is an added advantage.
• Ability to organize tasks, manage priorities, coordinate across teams, and track project progress effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create impactful presentations, product pitch materials, and business documentation.
• Ability to evaluate business opportunities, generate innovative product ideas, and contribute creative solutions to address customer and business needs.
• Comfortable working in a cross‑functional environment and collaborating with stakeholders from various business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Product Development & Innovation: Support the development and enhancement of digital platform products, including AI‑powered solutions and omnichannel customer engagement offerings.
• Product Launch & GTM Support: Assist in planning and executing product launch activities and go‑to‑market strategies to ensure adoption.
• Presentation Development & Product Pitching: Prepare presentation decks and customer‑facing materials to communicate value propositions.
• Stakeholder & Project Management Support: Coordinate communications with engineering, business and operations teams; track deliverables.
• Omnichannel Solutions & Customer Experience Enhancement: Contribute ideas to improve customer experiences across digital channels and AI-enabled products.
