EPOS Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Applied AI Product Intern in Malaysia to support the AI product team with growth initiatives, experimentation, and AI-enabled customer engagement.

The role sits at the intersection of marketing, product and design, tackling real product problems from performance analytics to AI-driven user interactions. You will contribute to product improvements and go-to-market execution while gaining hands-on experience across analytics, experiments, and cross-functional

• Prepare structured performance reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
• Assist in marketing workflow redesign through automation and AI.

• Design and refine AI-driven customer interactions (WhatsApp, chatbots) and prompts.

We are looking for a Applied AI Product Intern to support the Applied AI Product Team in driving product-led growth initiatives, experimentation, and AI-enabled customer engagement.

This role sits at the intersection of marketing, product and design. You will work on real product problems ranging from performance analytics to AI-driven user interactions while contributing directly to product improvements and go-to-market execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Performance & Reporting

• Prepare structured performance reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders
• Translate product metrics into clear insights and management-ready presentations
• Support weekly/monthly business reviews with data-backed narratives

2. Digital Marketing Enablement

• Assist in marketing workflow redesign through use of automation and AI
• Build product and integrate solutions to supporting marketing efforts

3. Data Analysis & Experimentation

• Analyze product and user data to identify drop-offs, trends, and growth opportunities
• Support A/B testing and experimentation initiatives
• Build and maintain datasets

4. AI Conversation Design

• Design and refine AI-driven customer interactions (e.g., WhatsApp, chatbots)
• Analyze conversation data to improve engagement, activation, and retention
• Work with LLM-based systems to structure prompts, flows, and guardrails

Requirements

Required Skills

• Presentation & Communication
  • Strong PowerPoint design and storytelling ability
• Product & Design
  • Basic UX/UI design understanding (wireframing, user flows)

• Web Development
  • Experience with Webflow or similar CMS platforms
• Data & Analytics
  • Proficiency in Excel (including Power Query)
  • Ability to interpret and communicate data insights clearly
