Job summary

Thousands of Years Media Sdn. Bhd. (ToYm) is seeking an AI-Native Software Developer to build AI-powered applications, agents and internal tools. You will embed AI directly into products and business workflows, working with BiteShorts and other ToYm platforms.

You will design reliable AI systems, integrate AI models, and apply modern AI development tools to ship production-ready features while balancing performance, security and cost.

Qualifications

• Experience building AI-native software and production-ready AI systems.
• Ability to integrate AI models and APIs into real products.
• Familiarity with guardrails, monitoring and reliability in AI-driven systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-native applications with AI as a core capability.
• Integrate leading AI models and APIs into real products.
• Build features using AI APIs, Tool Calling and RAG.
• Develop AI agents and automated workflows for business tasks.
• Create complete software around AI (Frontend, APIs, Databases, Integrations).
• Stay current with AI models, tools and practices and evaluate value.
