MPS Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an energetic AI & IT Inside Sales Executive (Interns to Hire) to join our growing sales team in Malaysia. You will engage with business prospects, understand their challenges and introduce AI, IT, software, and digital solutions to improve operations.

Ideal candidates have strong communication and sales skills, a willingness to learn technology, and a drive to succeed. Training and guidance will be provided to interns and early-career applicants.

Qualifications

• Experience in BPO sales, telesales, telemarketing, inside sales, lead generation or customer acquisition is strongly encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn and other digital channels.
• Identify and qualify potential B2B customers for AI, IT and software solutions.
• Engage business owners, managers and key decision-makers to understand their business needs and challenges.
• Introduce suitable AI-powered solutions, IT services, business software and digital solutions.
• Conduct initial discovery conversations and qualify sales opportunities.
• Arrange appointments, solution presentations and product demonstrations for qualified prospects.
• Follow up consistently with leads and nurture potential customers through the sales pipeline.
• Handle basic customer enquiries and sales objections professionally.
• Maintain accurate prospect, activity and opportunity information in the CRM system.
• Work closely with the sales and technical teams to progress qualified opportunities.
• Achieve agreed KPIs for prospecting activities, qualified leads, appointments and sales opportunities.
• Continuously learn about AI technologies, IT solutions and emerging business technology trends.
