Job summary

Gamuda Group is seeking a Project Manager L2 in Malaysia to lead small to medium-sized IT projects. This role involves planning, managing, and tracking project performance to ensure stakeholder satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of project management experience and a degree in IT, with knowledge of agile methodologies being a plus. Strong communication skills and proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of project management experience delivering IT projects.
• 1 year in managing projects using agile methodology (Scrum, Scrumban, SAFe, or equivalent).
• PMP or Prince2 certified is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan, establish, and manage small to medium AI development and deployment projects.
• Track project performance periodically to ensure goals are met.
• Ensure compliance with objectives and organizational policies.
• Develop project cost plan and track project performance.

Skills

Proven project and process management skillset

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to draw up detailed project plan, project schedule and communication plan

Experience in Microsoft Project or other project management software
