Job summary

SILVERLAKE INNOVATION PARTNERS SDN. BHD. seeks a mid-level IT Project Manager with 3+ years leading IT projects and about 5 years in IT/Banking/Fintech. You should be able to lead teams, coordinate resources, and deliver projects within scope, time, and budget.

Responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, managing scope changes, risk management, and stakeholder communications. PMP/CAPM/PRINCE2 is desirable; strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s/Advanced Diploma in CS/IT or related field is an advantage.
• 4–5 years of experience in IT or Banking/Fintech.
• PMP/CAPM/PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT projects assigned by the Project Director.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for execution.
• Ensure on-time, within scope and within budget delivery.
• Develop project scopes, objectives and stakeholder engagement.
• Monitor progress using project management methodologies.
• Create and maintain project documentation (Charter, PM Plan, Minutes, Reports).
