Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc in Malaysia seeks an experienced Project Manager in CX to lead AI-assisted project delivery and drive value for global enterprise customers. You will partner with executive stakeholders, standardize modern PM methodologies, and oversee complex programs spanning multiple geographies.

The role requires 9–15 years in IT project management, Mandarin proficiency, and PMP/PgMP or equivalent certification, with willingness to travel internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology (BE/B.Tech or equivalent).
• 6+ years of dedicated Project Management experience in IT, with 9–15 years total.
• Proficiency in MS Project Plan, Excel, JIRA and Confluence; PM certifications preferred (PMP/PgMP, etc.).
• Proficiency in Mandarin to engage Mandarin-speaking customers and stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally as required by project scope.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to executive leadership and key customer stakeholders, translating complex delivery into business value propositions.
• Institutionalize next-generation project management methodologies, fostering AI-fluency and innovation under Cisco's PMO framework.
• Drive predictive delivery by using AI-driven insights to proactively manage project lifecycles and mitigate risks.
• Hold full accountability for program-level financial health, including margins, revenue forecasting, and strategic resource allocation.
• Present service business value to customers and influence their assessment, planning, and management of related projects.
• Oversee complex, high-stakes Projects and Programs across multiple accounts, ensuring alignment with global business objectives.
• Lead large-scale, cross-functional teams to resolve delivery issues and drive consensus across geographies.
• Develop and present proposals and final agreements to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Leverage AI assistants and prompt engineering to automate routine PM tasks, including real-time meeting intelligence and status reporting.
• Utilize the Digitized Delivery platform and AI-driven insights to proactively manage project lifecycles and risks.
• Influence customers in assessment and management of related projects.
• Define and institutionalize next-generation PM methodologies under Cisco's PMO framework.
